1. About The Shipping Channel
 We will choose the best channel according to the order details like product type, gross weight, packing method, volume and our customer's requests. 
Our official service channel for airfreight is DHL, by sea for bulk cargo, depends on the actual situation.

2. About Discount of Shipment
We don't get profit from the shipping cost, you can combine your small orders to a bigger bulk order, the shipping cost will be saved, that's the best way for your business.

3. About the Delivery Time
Usually it takes 3-10 business days for DHL Express channel, 35-60 business days for ocean shipping, the delivery time actually depends on the area you live in and the shipping channel we confirmed with you before you paid.

4. About the Handling Time
EXW term: 1-2 business days for products in stock, sometimes 3 business days at most. For products customized, we will confirm it with the factory.
FOB term: 3-5 business days for products in stock, deliver to any designated port in China mainland, need to pay extra cost for HongKong port. For products customized, we will confirm with the factory.

5. About the Shipping Cost
the shipping cost depends on the weight, shipping channel (by DHL express / by sea), and destination country or port. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order. And you could choose the logistics you like and tell us the port you want to use for FOB term so that we can check the cost for you with the logistics.

6. About Taxes and Import Duties
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

7. About Customs Declaration
Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. We will abide by the customs policies of various countries and declare the goods in accordance with customs requirements. You should also abide by the principle of truthful declaration of the actual purchased goods so that your business can operate legally. Shipping Terms
Payment Terms

We ship to almost all countries/regions in the world, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, etc. We use DHL as our official express shipping channel, to ensure that your goods reaches your destination safely and reliably. 

For FOB order shipping by sea, we need to confirm the shipping company and the port with the logistics before you place your order, you can designate it as you wish, too.

For some areas, the freight is very expensive, please contact us to check the logistics channels before releasing the order.

When everything confirmed, you can pay for your orders according to the invoices or contract, usually we accept T/T 50% advance, for some customers with good credit, we can accept T/T 30% advance. The balance must be paid before delivery from the factory. 

Otherwise, we will deduct all your advance payment and pay it to the factory as a loss. Your order will also be cancelled and the contract will be declared invalid.

You can pay it in US dollar to our CNY account or US Dollar account from your local bank, the transfer will take 3 business days, so you'd better to arrange the payment on Monday or Tuesday.

Customs & Taxes

We usually list all cost on the invoice and contract, however, there are certain things that we cannot control such as the possibility of paying taxes when the goods enter your country.

Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no responsibility for customs costs incurred. Paying tax is the responsibility and obligation of a company as a market entity for a country.

You must ensure you learned about regulations in your own country before ordering from Our Website, to make sure your cargo will go through your country's customs smoothly.

Let us know if you have any special packing or labeling instructions which can help your cargo go through the customs.

For B2B business, return will be a big problem, so we usually don't accept return or refund, please confirm everything with us before you complete the payment.

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the 2 years warranty period. For the parts doesn't declare, the warranty period is 180 days. If a defect arises within the warranty period, we can offer you new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
